Snow Watch – Day Fourteen

Alright, so I’m actually a day behind on this, but snow!

Just look at it come down. And it didn’t even rain after. I’m still walking in it!

As I was warned, St. John’s is against sidewalk clearing. I haven’t even seen one of the small feather dusters that Halifax has for clearing sidewalks in St. John’s. At all. Now, I haven’t been here that long, but it isn’t a good sign. Seems that the individual people are responsible for clearing their own sidewalk and putting the snow “somewhere.” It’s a bit of a mystery to me.

So, Friday now, and the snow is still here, but most of the sidewalks are in passible shape finally. Which is good, I’ve got a nice weekend of shopping, parties and a bar show.
