Behind this case of media, where it is completely inaccessible, sits a plug that is the correct orientation. The other three plugs in the living room? Upside down. The rest of the building? Upside down.
I’d fix them, but then I’d have to find something else to talk about. Imagine that. Someday, since I’d like to be here for a while, I’ll get around to flipping them around. I’ll even plug in a nightlight to make sure the plug still works while I’m switching it around.

Best to turn off the power to such plugs before you start switching them around or the sparks might get you turning around.

Whats worse is when a light switch is upside down and you have to flick it down to turn on and up to turn off.
You’re right. That is worse.
Also, all the bathroom light switches I’ve seen in Newfoundland seem to be outside the bathroom.
