There’s been a debate over the years on how much those Saturday morning cartoons affected us as kids. Now, some would claim that all that violence wasn’t good for us, or that Transformers was just design to sell toys. More still would claim that the Smurfs were clearly only one apple tall, not the three as previously claimed.
This is all just silly. The clear problem is projects. Every week the bad guy would hatch a new scheme to take over the world, eat some Smurfs, capture the Gummy Bears juice, etc and every week they’d be stopped.
The result? I’m continuously creating new projects and rarely finishing them. Now, I’m not trying to do anything too crazy like stealing energon, but still noticing that my plans are being foiled again and again. Which, technically, would make me the bad guy of the Devon show. But, as an added twist, it’s also myself that causes the foiling. While a standard plot device of these shows is evil turning on itself with different characters vying for power, I’m just me. Which makes it kind of hard to turn on myself.
So does that make me both good and bad?
Enough of my rambling. I’ve got more projects brewing away that hopefully I’ll get around to actually completing some of them.

Following through on your bloody projects would also be a grand idea.
Ideas to help you along:
Try not to have a one track mind, and take each step as it appears before you.
If something doesn’t go your way, take a moment (or two) and reflect on what you damn well should have done differently.
